ਨਾਉ ਗਰੀਬ ਨਿਵਾਜੁ ਹੈ ਬੇਮੁਹਤਾਜ ਨ ਮੋਹੁ ਮੁਹਾਬਾ॥

Nao Gareeb Nivaj Hai Baemuhathaj N Mohu Muhaba||

His name is cherisher of the poor; neither He has attachment with any one nor He is dependent on anybody.

ਬੇਸੁਮਾਰੁ ਨਿਰੰਕਾਰੁ ਹੈ ਅਲਖ ਅਪਾਰੁ ਸਲਾਹ ਸਿਾਬਾ॥

Baesumar Nirankar Hai Alakh Apar Salah Sinjaba||

Formless, infinite and imperceptible, he is having all the attributes which deserve eulogization.

ਕਾਇਮੁ ਦਾਇਮੁ ਸਾਹਿਬੀ ਹਾਜਰੁ ਨਾਜਰੁ ਵੇਦ ਕਿਤਾਬਾ॥

Kaeim Dhaeim Sahibee Hajar Najar Vaedh Kithaba||

The mastery of the true Guru is eternal because all the Vedas etc. area always present before Him (for His praises).

ਅਗਮੁ ਅਡੋਲੁ ਅਤੋਲੁ ਹੈ ਤੋਲਣਹਾਰੁ ਨ ਡੰਡੀ ਛਾਬਾ॥

Agam Addol Athol Hai Tholanehar N Ddanddee Shhaba||

The true Guru is beyond all measures; He cannot be weighed on any scale.

ਇਕੁ ਛਤਿ ਰਾਜੁ ਕਮਾਂਵਦਾ ਦੁਸਮਣੁ ਦੂਤੁ ਨ ਸੋਰ ਸਰਾਬਾ॥

Eik Shhath Raj Kamanvadha Dhusaman Dhooth N Sor Saraba||

Uniform is His kingdom wherein there is no enemy, no friend and no noisy clamour.

ਆਦਲੁ ਅਦਲੁ ਚਲਾਇਦਾ ਜਾਲਮੁ ਜੁਲਮੁ ਨ ਜੋਰ ਜਰਾਬਾ॥

Adhal Adhal Chalaeidha Jalam Julam N Jor Jaraba||

The true Guru is judicious; dispenses justice and in His kingdom no atrocity and tyranny is exacted.
