ਸੰਤਨ ਕੈ ਸੁਨੀਅਤ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਕੀ ਬਾਤ ॥
ਕਥਾ ਕੀਰਤਨੁ ਆਨੰਦ ਮੰਗਲ ਧੁਨਿ ਪੂਰਿ ਰਹੀ ਦਿਨਸੁ ਅਰੁ ਰਾਤਿ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ਕਰਿ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਅਪਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਭਿ ਕੀਨੇ ਨਾਮ ਅਪੁਨੇ ਕੀ ਕੀਨੀ ਦਾਤਿ ॥
ਆਠ ਪਹਰ ਗੁਨ ਗਾਵਤ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਕੇ ਕਾਮ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਇਸੁ ਤਨ ਤੇ ਜਾਤ ॥੧॥
ਤ੍ਰਿਪਤਿ ਅਘਾਏ ਪੇਖਿ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਦਰਸਨੁ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਹਰਿ ਰਸੁ ਭੋਜਨੁ ਖਾਤ ॥
ਚਰਨ ਸਰਨ ਨਾਨਕ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਤੇਰੀ ਕਰਿ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਸੰਤਸੰਗਿ ਮਿਲਾਤ ॥੨॥੪॥੮੪॥

I listen to God's Teachings from the Saints.
The Lord's Sermon, the Kirtan of His Praises and the songs of bliss perfectly resonate, day and night. ||1||Pause||
In His Mercy, God has made them His own, and blessed them with the gift of His Name.
Twenty-four hours a day, I sing the Glorious Praises of God. Sexual desire and anger have left this body. ||1||
I am satisfied and satiated, gazing upon the Blessed Vision of God's Darshan. I eat the Ambrosial Nectar of the Lord's sublime food.
Nanak seeks the Sanctuary of Your Feet, O God; in Your Mercy, unite him with the Society of the Saints. ||2||4||84||

nullnullਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਸਾਧ ਸੰਗਤ ਵਿਚ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਸਿਫ਼ਤ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਦੀ ਕਥਾ-ਵਾਰਤਾ (ਸਦਾ) ਸੁਣੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਥੇ ਦਿਨ ਰਾਤ ਹਰ ਵੇਲੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਥਾ-ਕਹਾਣੀਆਂ ਹੁੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਕੀਰਤਨ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਆਤਮਕ ਆਨੰਦ-ਹੁਲਾਰਾ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਰੌ ਸਦਾ ਚਲੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥nullਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਸੰਤ ਜਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੇ ਮੇਹਰ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੇਵਕ ਬਣਾ ਲਿਆ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਮ ਦੀ ਦਾਤਿ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਅੱਠੇ ਪਹਿਰ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਂਦਿਆਂ ਗਾਂਦਿਆਂ (ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ) ਇਸ ਸਰੀਰ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਕਾਮ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ (ਆਦਿਕ ਵਿਕਾਰ) ਦੂਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ॥੧॥nullਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਸੰਤ ਜਨ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਦਰਸਨ ਕਰ ਕੇ (ਮਾਇਆ ਦੀ ਤ੍ਰਿਸਨਾ ਵਲੋਂ) ਪੂਰੇ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਰੱਜੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਸੰਤ ਜਨ ਸਦਾ ਆਤਮਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹਰਿ-ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਸੁਆਦਲਾ ਭੋਜਨ ਖਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! (ਆਖ-) ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਜੇਹੜੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਤੇਰੇ ਚਰਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਰਨ ਪੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਤੂੰ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਤ ਜਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੰਗਤ ਵਿਚ ਮਿਲਾ ਦੇਂਦਾ ਹੈਂ ॥੨॥੪॥੮੪॥
