ਹਉ ਬਲਿਹਾਰੀ ਤਿਨ੍‍ ਕਉ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਜਿਨ੍‍ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਅਧਾਰੋ ਰਾਮ ॥

Ho Baliharee Thinh Ko Maeree Jindhurreeeae Jinh Har Har Nam Adhharo Ram ||

I am a sacrifice, O my soul, to those who take the Support of the Name of the Lord, Har, Har.

ਗੁਰਿ ਸਤਿਗੁਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਦ੍ਰਿੜਾਇਆ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਬਿਖੁ ਭਉਜਲੁ ਤਾਰਣਹਾਰੋ ਰਾਮ ॥

Gur Sathigur Nam Dhrirraeia Maeree Jindhurreeeae Bikh Bhoujal Tharaneharo Ram ||

The Guru, the True Guru, implanted the Name within me, O my soul, and He has carried me across the terrifying world-ocean of poison.

ਜਿਨ ਇਕ ਮਨਿ ਹਰਿ ਧਿਆਇਆ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਤਿਨ ਸੰਤ ਜਨਾ ਜੈਕਾਰੋ ਰਾਮ ॥

Jin Eik Man Har Dhhiaeia Maeree Jindhurreeeae Thin Santh Jana Jaikaro Ram ||

Those who have meditated one-pointedly on the Lord, O my soul - I proclaim the Victory of those saintly beings.

ਨਾਨਕ ਹਰਿ ਜਪਿ ਸੁਖੁ ਪਾਇਆ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਸਭਿ ਦੂਖ ਨਿਵਾਰਣਹਾਰੋ ਰਾਮ ॥੧॥

Naanak Har Jap Sukh Paeia Maeree Jindhurreeeae Sabh Dhookh Nivaraneharo Ram ||1||

Nanak has found peace, meditating on the Lord, O my soul; the Lord is the Destroyer of all pain. ||1||

ਸਾ ਰਸਨਾ ਧਨੁ ਧੰਨੁ ਹੈ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਵੈ ਹਰਿ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਕੇਰੇ ਰਾਮ ॥

Sa Rasana Dhhan Dhhann Hai Maeree Jindhurreeeae Gun Gavai Har Prabh Kaerae Ram ||

Blessed, blessed is that tongue, O my soul, which sings the Glorious Praises of the Lord God.

ਤੇ ਸ੍ਰਵਨ ਭਲੇ ਸੋਭਨੀਕ ਹਹਿ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਹਰਿ ਕੀਰਤਨੁ ਸੁਣਹਿ ਹਰਿ ਤੇਰੇ ਰਾਮ ॥

Thae Sravan Bhalae Sobhaneek Hehi Maeree Jindhurreeeae Har Keerathan Sunehi Har Thaerae Ram ||

Sublime and splendid are those ears, O my soul, which listen to the Kirtan of the Lord's Praises.

ਸੋ ਸੀਸੁ ਭਲਾ ਪਵਿਤ੍ਰ ਪਾਵਨੁ ਹੈ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਜੋ ਜਾਇ ਲਗੈ ਗੁਰ ਪੈਰੇ ਰਾਮ ॥

So Sees Bhala Pavithr Pavan Hai Maeree Jindhurreeeae Jo Jae Lagai Gur Pairae Ram ||

Sublime, pure and pious is that head, O my soul, which falls at the Guru's Feet.

ਗੁਰ ਵਿਟਹੁ ਨਾਨਕੁ ਵਾਰਿਆ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਜਿਨਿ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਚਿਤੇਰੇ ਰਾਮ ॥੨॥

Nanak is a sacrifice to that Guru, O my soul; the Guru has placed the Name of the Lord, Har, Har, in my mind. ||2||

ਤੇ ਨੇਤ੍ਰ ਭਲੇ ਪਰਵਾਣੁ ਹਹਿ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਜੋ ਸਾਧੂ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਦੇਖਹਿ ਰਾਮ ॥

Thae Naethr Bhalae Paravan Hehi Maeree Jindhurreeeae Jo Sadhhoo Sathigur Dhaekhehi Ram ||

Blessed and approved are those eyes, O my soul, which gaze upon the Holy True Guru.

ਤੇ ਹਸਤ ਪੁਨੀਤ ਪਵਿਤ੍ਰ ਹਹਿ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਜੋ ਹਰਿ ਜਸੁ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਲੇਖਹਿ ਰਾਮ ॥

Thae Hasath Puneeth Pavithr Hehi Maeree Jindhurreeeae Jo Har Jas Har Har Laekhehi Ram ||

Sacred and sanctified are those hands, O my soul, which write the Praises of the Lord, Har, Har.

ਤਿਸੁ ਜਨ ਕੇ ਪਗ ਨਿਤ ਪੂਜੀਅਹਿ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਜੋ ਮਾਰਗਿ ਧਰਮ ਚਲੇਸਹਿ ਰਾਮ ॥

This Jan Kae Pag Nith Poojeeahi Maeree Jindhurreeeae Jo Marag Dhharam Chalaesehi Ram ||

I worship continually the feet of that humble being, O my soul, who walks on the Path of Dharma - the path of righteousness.

ਨਾਨਕੁ ਤਿਨ ਵਿਟਹੁ ਵਾਰਿਆ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਹਰਿ ਸੁਣਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਮਨੇਸਹਿ ਰਾਮ ॥੩॥

ਧਰਤਿ ਪਾਤਾਲੁ ਆਕਾਸੁ ਹੈ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਸਭ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਧਿਆਵੈ ਰਾਮ ॥

Dhharath Pathal Akas Hai Maeree Jindhurreeeae Sabh Har Har Nam Dhhiavai Ram ||

The earth, the nether regions of the underworld, and the Akaashic ethers, O my soul, all meditate on the Name of the Lord, Har, Har.

ਪਉਣੁ ਪਾਣੀ ਬੈਸੰਤਰੋ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਨਿਤ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਜਸੁ ਗਾਵੈ ਰਾਮ ॥

Poun Panee Baisantharo Maeree Jindhurreeeae Nith Har Har Har Jas Gavai Ram ||

Wind, water and fire, O my soul, continually sing the Praises of the Lord, Har, Har, Har.

ਵਣੁ ਤ੍ਰਿਣੁ ਸਭੁ ਆਕਾਰੁ ਹੈ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਮੁਖਿ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਧਿਆਵੈ ਰਾਮ ॥

Van Thrin Sabh Akar Hai Maeree Jindhurreeeae Mukh Har Har Nam Dhhiavai Ram ||

The woods, the meadows and the whole world, O my soul, chant with their mouths the Lord's Name, and meditate on the Lord.

ਨਾਨਕ ਤੇ ਹਰਿ ਦਰਿ ਪੈਨ੍ਹ੍ਹਾਇਆ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਜੋ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਭਗਤਿ ਮਨੁ ਲਾਵੈ ਰਾਮ ॥੪॥੪॥
